1. Student Attendance Tracking

From the home page, students can log in to their courses online and indicate whether they will be absent from a class and also provide an absence reason. This is a great way for instructors to be aware before a class commences what the attendance will be for a particular session.

Instructors can change attendance data for all students from the home page as well through the managed events/courses link.

2. Buy Tickets Button on Contact List

A quick way to access the performance list and purchase tickets for a patron is to use the “Buy Tickets” button on the Contact List. Clicking on this button will take you directly to the performance selection screen in Theatre Manager. From there you can complete the sale.

3. Letter/Email Recipient List

The Letter/Email Recipient List is a great snapshot of who received a letter or email as well as look at the status of a group of letters.

Some of the things that you can use this list for are to:

  • Search by date sent to see what went out on a particular day or for a time period
  • Search by letter to see who got a particular bit of correspondence
  • See who opened an email
  • Determine what is due in the future
  • Select a number of emails and resend them, or delete them
