Anyone else suddenly not able to view credit card info?

Hi there
As a master user, I’ve always been able to add to an order or adjust pricing on tickets with the ability to use the same credit card used for the original purchase… without having to get the number from a patron. It was saved.
Suddenly this feature is gone and I have a strong need to get it back.

Is this an update or something? glitch? anyone experience this?

yes - I am aware (and my fault)

The version 10.07.104 release yesterday morning at 10 am ish (PST) had changed to shred orphan cards (which apparently were not orphaned). We discovered it yesterday and released 10.07.105 by 8pm PST.

If you did an eod of day in that time period (10am PST to 8 PM PST), cards could have been shredded. Please contact support@artsman.com and I’ll get them restored from a backup.

this issue should not apply to any venue that:

  • did not run an EOD yesterday
  • is on the AMS cloud
  • does not store credit cards or is set to schedule C
