How does everyone track the revenue from round-up donations? We’d like to avoid creating another campaign, but would like to know the best options.
We created a dedicated campaign, which I think is Artsman’s recommendation in the help pages (always worth double checking my memory on that though). Makes tracking very easy and allows us to separate “benefited” individual giving differently than round-up giving. I think a campaign is your cleanest option. You could search for donations solicited by web listener and under $10 (assuming you’re using the template options fo rounding up to $1, $5 or $10). I’m not seeing any other “tag” for a round-up donation, though. Anyone else see a different processing option?
