Hello. I was wondering if there is a way to set up a production in TM where if a performance reaches a certain threshold in ticket sales that TM can signal an alert that capacity has reached a certain amount.

@PSFEric Hi Eric! Workflow notificatinos trigger based on individual transactions, but I’m not aware of a “summary” style automated alert inside TM, no, though I could be wrong about that. We’ve used Event List filters and reports/exports to manually find events/performances that hit a certain threshold, mostly for dynamic pricing tasks. I will note that we are just starting to work with our Finance Director to help us setup automated email alerts for this through Microsoft 365 products pulling data directly from our DB. What’s your use case?
