How to search by Relationship Reason?

Does anyone know how to search for a list of Patrons with a relationship type? E.g. Parent-Child ?

Is the “Relationship Reason” seen in the Patron Account Tab searchable by the Mail List Criteria “Patron Relationship” > Relationship Type ?

If I’m understanding correctly, yes. You can search by Relationship Type via the data file Patron Relationships with Another Patron ALA:
