The Box Office Manager is responsible for the operation and management of the Labuda Center Box Office for the DeSales University academic year season & Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival’s professional summer season. Responsibilities include: designing strategies to ensure excellent customer service for all patrons resulting in successful audience cultivation; direct supervision of a full-time Associate Box Office Manager; managerial and operational oversight of all single ticket, subscription, and group sales; facilitate sales and distribution of streaming productions and providing customer technical support; financial reporting, data analysis and record keeping; hiring, training & supervising a staff that includes student work studies, student crews, and summer interns & associates.
