Pull all email addresses for accounts in mail list?

Does anyone have advice on pulling all the email addresses for a household when we run a mail list?

We have several folks who are in the same household but have different email addresses and would like to send them emails as well.

I’m not sure what your other criteria are. Do you have
Marketing Primary Email Unique # is greater than 0?

What about using three mail lists - one that pulls primary patrons, one that pulls non-primary patrons and one that combines the previous two?
