I’ve never seen the list have a red user with an alert beside it before. What’s it mean?
Hey! I think it might mean that the employee/user has been locked out of their account. We’re part of an outlet consortium through Proctors and we do not utilize the list of names for logging in anymore. We have moved to logging in using usernames. Hope this helps!

Hi Lee, good question. If a user’s name appears in red, that means the user is already logged into the system. I found a help page that talks about the login window and what the various colours and icons mean:
