Seat View feature

any troubleshooting tips for when I run into the error “404 Not Found NGINX error” when testing my seat view feature?
I think I’ve followed the instructions correctly but I could be missing something. Thanks in advance for any tips :slight_smile:

It’s probably a good idea to get in touch with support so we could get remote access and check out the specifics of the case.

Generally speaking a 404 Not Found message means that the Web Server (a.k.a Nginx) can’t find the image link that was pasted into the Seat View field for the map. Sometimes that can be due to the setup of your servers, but it might just be that the link isn’t quite right. Also note that links are case-sensitive so seat456.jpg would be different than Seat456.jpg.
