We’re looking to create a mail list that can generate a list of all donors with soft pledges. I’m having difficulty finding a criteria that will work to give me this for some reason. Can someone advise?

Hello Lo! If you mean soft credits, then you could use criteria like this I think:
If instead you mean gifts tracked as prospect vs soft pledge vs hard pledge, etc ALA:

Then you can pull that using the source field under Donation Data:
