Is it possible to “stack” coupon codes?
For example, we have a coupon code that is automatically added to our Active Members, that gives a discount when applicable. Now a promoter wants to add an additional discount opportunity to people who purchased for their earlier show.
I can get the coupon to work on its own. The membership discount also works. The two do not work together. If I put the coupon code in before logging in, the coupon code takes precedence over the membership. If I log in before putting the coupon code in, the membership discount takes precedence.
I have checked and rechecked the coupon setup. I have checked the box for “can be applied to already discounted tickets”. What am I missing?
