1. Exporting GL to Quickbooks Import Format

We have just introduced an export from Theatre Manager to Quickbooks using Quickbooks IIF format. You can export the GL summary data (or detail) which should eliminate transcription problems. Note, you may need to edit your external accounts and class codes before starting.

The accounting system export formats support are listed below and are set up in the Accounting Tab:

2. Web Friendly Fonts for Building Maps and Web Pages

What are Web Friendly Fonts? Web friendly fonts are standard across operating systems. When designing web pages or pick your own maps, use these instead of others. Web browsers should display your pages and maps similarly on phones, tablets and computers. If a web browser does not recognize the font you used, it will pick a replacement font randomly making the web page or map look differently than you intended.

3. Coupon Requirements for Online and Box Office Sales

You can now have separate coupon requirements for online and box office sales in the Sales Promotions Edit Tab .
