- Windows - Disable Power Saving on Ethernet
Have you ever walked away from your computer only to return after a period of time and find that Theatre Manager is not responding? Perhaps you received a message indicating Theatre Manager has disconnected from the database. Windows (out of the box) tends to be set to maximum power-saving which includes setting your network connection to go to sleep when it can. By turning off this feature it will ensure you stay connected. No more force quitting Theatre Manger and logging back in.
