  1. Branding Web Sales to Make it Look Like Main Site

Over the years, we have found that some of the changes web designers want to make were the same from venue to venue. We have taken those changes away from the web pages and allowed the end user to do them, without the assistance of a web designer. This makes Theatre Manager part of the ‘content management’ for the web site.

Check out our help pages to see the kinds of changes that fall into this category and involve no web design work.

  1. Setting Up Courses

Are you looking to offer courses to your volunteers, staff, patrons for workshops, drama camps, ballet lessons, soccer registrations, or swimming lessons? Courses can easily be set up in Theatre Manager for selling and tracking attendance - see how to do this through the Plays Window.

  1. Cancelling an Event

There may come a time when you may have to cancel an event, and while it’s never pleasant to have to do so, we have documented a list of steps to follow that will assist with the Refund or Exchange process.
