1. Coming Soon: Guest Check Out Options Based on Cart Contents
Guest Checkout online has been available for a long time. It has a new feature to determine if the patron can use guest checkout based on the contents of their shopping cart.
The choices are:
- Tickets - if only tickets are in the cart, the patron can do limited profile checkout
- Donations - if only donations are in the cart, the patron can do limited profile checkout
- Pass/Gift Certificate - if only Passes/Gift Certificates are in the cart, the patron can do limited profile checkout
- If Multiple items are checked, then the patron can check out using limited profile if only those checked items are in the cart. Eg if Donations and tickets are checked, then the patron can use limited profile if a donation and/or ticket are in the cart, but not if a pass is in the cart
2. Coming Soon: Restrictions on Prices
You can now limit the sales promotions available to a particular company based on contracts. This is set up on Patron Tab:
You can also now specify if an employee can only sell a limited range of sales promotions (eg. only full price ticket promotions), and this would be set up on the Box Office Tab:
3. The RUN SIMILAR Button
If a report does not have the details you are looking for, the Run Similar buttonon the report window may offer better choices for the data you want to see.
