1. Pricing Map Filter
We have added a filter to the list of pricing maps on the venue window. You can filter the list by map number, internal pricing map name, external name or notes. Theatre Manager will look in all fields for whatever you type.
2. Export of Marketing Fields
The format has been enhanced for certain marketing fields when exporting data. It now exports the name of the item. For example: for Tags, you get the tag name as well as the number.
The fields include:
- Tags associated with a Patron
- Patron bought for events
- Patron bought for performances
- Patron donated to campaigns
- Patron bought or rented some resources
- Patron bought passes/gift certificate
3. Volunteer Time Availability by Patron Report
The Volunteer Time Availability by Patron Report generates a listing of each volunteer and their availability in terms of when they can be booked for shifts. A useful planning tool for planning volunteer schedules.
