1. Direct to Pick Your Seats
There is an option for a direct path to ‘pick your seats’ for web sales if you prefer to have your patrons pick seats without the safety of a guaranteed selection.
2. Ticket Hold Counts - Quick
You can use the Ticket Hold Counts-Quick to print a statistical summary of the holds (by letter code) for each Performance. (Festival Seating events just show a total.) This report can be found in the ‘Ticket Printing, Invoicing and Inventory Analysis’ category.
3. Changing Colours of Held Seats
You can change the colours of held seats in the Box Office Tab in System Preferences. Clicking on each letter brings up the colour palette window allowing you to select both the foreground and background colours. Seat hold letters are always represented with lowercase letters. You can also define the meaning of the seat hold code by entering a description beside each of the 26 lower case letter codes.
