When you see a patron with an incorrect name, address or phone number, click the contact card button to quickly access their contact card and change this data.
2. How to Find the Web Page You Want to Change
If you notice a web page on your site that needs changes made to it, there are breadcrumbs inside the web page that tells you where to content came from.
In many cases, it is as simple as:
- highlighting the element in most browsers
- inspecting the page source of viewing source

3. Voiding a Pass
You may void most pass or gift certificate payments if they were applied inadvertently, even if they were deposited.
Simply find the pass you want to void and any amount quantity will be put back on original pass so that it can be used again. You may need to reprice the original ticket to return it to its original price and pay off the order balance.
