- Converting Prospects to Real Donations
We’ve made converting donations from “prospect” to a real donation even easier… Theatre Manager will now set the donation up in receivables/accounting as of the day that the donation is converted. You can find more information on prospects and the donation management module, on our help pages.
- Exporting to Excel
The Excel 2008 workbook export has been renamed to ‘excel format’. We’ve changed the name to reflect that the format actually works with all recent version of excel since 2004. If you are new to exporting and want to know what data can be exported from Theatre Manager, please check out our help pages for more information.
- One Payment for Multiple Orders
Do you have a patron that wants to pay for multiple orders using one payment? This is easy to do in Theatre Manager! Just follow the steps as outlined, and voilà - all done!
