  1. Payment of Outstanding Balances Online

Did you know that your patrons can pay their outstanding account balances online? Just enable “Pay Order Balances Online” option in System Preferences. Once it is enabled, then when paying On Account at the box office, you will have the option of allowing the order to be paid online.

  1. Sending a Patron Password Reset from the Contact Card

Did a patron call in to your box office to ask if you could reset their online password? You can send a patron a password reset from within Theatre Manager! Simply go to their Contact Card through the Patron Record. Once there, simply click on the “gear” next to their email address. It will send the patron a one-time password reset email to that email address on file. This will happen immediately so you can work with the patron on the phone to ensure that they received the email.

  1. Making Scheduled Changes

Did you know that you can schedule a future address change and Theatre Manager will automatically change the primary address for you? It could be used for snowbirds, or for people who might tell you months in advance that they are moving.

If you know when they will return, you can schedule the change back as well…
